This was the first professional team to represent Barnet F C . They won the Southern League Division 1 in 1965/66.

This was the first `Barnet` I knew and this picture was taken before their penultimate match against Crawley (6-1) which clinched the championship and promotion.
Just to prove they deserved it, they beat the runners-up Hillingdon Boro` 5-0 in the final match.
